On the night/morning of 23/24 July 2023 there was a break-in at the KUMBOR (HN) house occupied by CRS & “Freedom & Union N.G.O”, <F&Ungo> also protecting persecuted ***** “agent XaREd-Murphy” ; witness> who SAW Mr. “Sasa” Jovanovic, <SJa> ; a STATE attorney of Sarajevo & Kumbor, climbing in through a bedroom window that

<SJa> had obviously left unsecured in order to obtain illegal entry.

ChRiS had paid 500 euros cash as 2 months rental in advance via (co-Defendant) Miro LUKIC (ORKAnvo) <Mlo> but due to the inhabitable STATUS of the house had less than 3 weeks occupation, this amongst other complaints had been delivered to “agent” Miro Lukic <Mlo> by post, email & by hand to the address at ORKAnvo (HN) where “agent for SJa” LUKIC,M had received payment! At NO time had either <SJa> nor <Mlo> had objected to the claims & conditions stated by ChRiS/F & U ngo …!

However, When ChRiS returned to the Kumbor house at mid-day on 24^th July, SOME of his belongings were strewn, in absolute state of disarray on the open terrace (the terrace has no wall or fence) for anyone to see or steal. ChRiS called an expensive taxi (the only available) & carried as much as he could in one small overnight bag & “army bag AND noticed that..

= BEST & winter clothes were missing <detailed in email to Director of police, without response>

=Irreplicable souvenirs & especially picture of deceased WIFE; Jacqueline, was missing!

= SPECIAL Samsonite briefcase, owned since 40 years, containing

- Investment fund documents

- Claim dossiers against MNE govt, police, P. Ivanovic, A.Recevic (“policeman”) & “agent Sergey” (Spevak.M)

- Wifes death certificate, marriage certificate, BIRTH certificate & other private documents

STOLEN by <SJa> & <Mlo> or two “policemen” from herceg Novi, who had refused to give their names when REFUSED entry to the house (at after 22h in the night of 23 July 2023).

As Miro Lukic & “Sasa” Jovanovic are identified and are known individuals they MUST be held accountable for the return of the Stolen items AND COMPENSATION to be decided as a result of this PUBLIC process!

IMPORTANT; as they have STOLEN means of OBTAINING a “replacement passport” this also adds to damages separately stated in this process!

During the “Corona lockdown” Mr. Aleksa Receic <Arp> (in may 7? F2021 rom memory) FORCED ChRiS/<F&Ungo> to move, in conspiracy with “Agent Sergey <a.k.a. Michal Spevak”,<Ass> ; a Slovakian MOD/NATO employee> by LOCKING ChRiS out of Rusa Radulovica 96b Podgorica, whilst ChRiS was distracted lunching with <Ass> ..

<there was MOld at Aleksa Recevic's house, downstairs was MY HOME & base of <F&Ungo>

<Ass> informed <ARp> by mobile of a letter sent to <ARP> by advokat Sanida Kojic <aSK> …blocking any removal of ChRiS<F&Ungo> from the house in Toloshi *RR96 b …which caused <Arp> to LOCK all door & shutter windows, as ChRiS returned home that afternoon, to find a notice on the door that stated that ChRiS will have FIVE minutes to remove personal items & threatened to dump all his property & furniture! <Ass> obviously offered ChRiS<F&Ungo> his holiday apartment, empty due to “Corona” since more than one year!

The next morning (06h) after paying for an apartment nearby for the night but without sleep, ChRiS arrived at <Arp> who had refused to answer his door the previous afternoon, ChRiS was allowed ONLY FIVE minutes to snatch clothes & some personal ITEMS from the home, however, only items that could fit in <Ass> car who took ChRiS to Miriste, Lucista, Herceg noci region. Later some other items were delivered by Nemanja Ljumovic a mutual acquaintance who owes money to ChRiS<F&Ungo. But there was no sign of the brit/EU passport of ChRiS!

Therefore we claim it was stolen by <Arp> , However appeared again mysteriously recently (do not explain! HN policemen involved)

N.B….

<Ass> REPEATED the crimes of Ivanovic In danilovgrad & <ASs> aided by an Unnamed “heavy from Budva” & a massive “policeman” (car reg HP500?) who FORCED ChRi<F&Ungo> OUT of Miriste (*August 20 2022>?) after ChRiS had complained of black mold from the bedroom spreading through the apartment

making ChRiS sick in that winter of 2021/2022 , resulting again property left EXPOSED on THAT terrace!

MISSING; several clothes, AND small furniture items including a small radiator, small coffee table, some bed covers, expensive carpets & the “policeman” STOLE a souvenir CROSSBOW ChRiS had acquired in Freiburg 20 years prior.

Frozen out of local bank account, can NOT get any money, to LIVE!

CRS<and through him F & U ngo> funded normal life & sponsored many charitable & youth initiatives though funds sent by “Legal & General” (UK) every 3 months to CKB banka in Podgorica. where Mr. Darko Rubezic, of CKB would transfer amounts, without IDENTIFICATION evidence, to the domestic <racun> VISA account so that ChRiS may withdraw, as required via the VISA card at any ATM.

However on his birthday; 23^rd May 2023, ChRis was, due to above circumstances IN Herceg Novi, and as that day was also a “bank holiday” ..ChRiS sent an email to manager Marko Mrakevic, whom he had met , even from time to time at Stara Kuca caffe/restoran HN, requiring a transfer to the VISA account, as usual. Sometimes in HN ChRiS showed his International driving licence if the bank staff was new or unfamiliar,

There was NO transfer to the Visa account, Mrakevic & later Rubezic, later confirmed that the “protocol” had changed, and ChRiS could not access funds without a new “validated” brit/EU passport, impossible due to the corona phase and the unreliable postal system of MNE! Let alone <F&Ungo> complaint against the UK Fco.

ChRiS appealed to all & sundry at CKB bank & OTP group, since 23 may 2023, and to date has NOT received an official response, in writing, despite several recorded posts & email. Within days of this problem becoming apparent ChRiS asked “L and G@ to reclaim the amount & CKB banka to close the account & send the money back to the UK based fund, NEITHER complied.

This failure & in spite that TWO CKB managers IDENTIFIED ChRiS in person, Has CUT OFF ChRiS<F&Ungo> from funds since 23 may 2023, Furthermore “L and G” CONTRARY to instructions acknowledged from ChRiS sent ANOTHER transfer on 18^th AUGUST to CKB banka (GBP racun) Podfgorica,

Therefore it is claimed that although CITIBANK are involved; being a USAcorp entity that has been the object of <F&Ungo> criticism in terms of “funding WAR business & pollution policies of U S of A” …

IT IS claimed that “L and G” & CKB banka/OTPgroup are; joint & several, TO BLAME with the previously identified defendants, for the risk to the existence of ChRiS<F&Ungo>!

30,000 Fraudulent ukrainian “refugees” inflated rental prices

The precarious situation of ChRiS<F&Ungo> …INCREASED…due to …MNE govt & the EU & other “western govts” EXPLOITING anti-russian PR_opaganda of USAcorp/NATO/C1A ..over 30, thousand Ukrainians & more “synmpathy” Russian migrants have relocated to MNE, with sponsored accommodation & jobs… have “holiday homes” and the rental costs, in some cases more than doubled in the last year! Research proved that these were often not in danger but declared that they wished to take advantage to move from a corrupt Ukrainian society to “heavenly” Montenegro!

<ASs when failing to uphold written & signed promises <In evidence> to rectify or compensate for the MOLD etc, claimed he was able to get 350 euros a month to house “Ukrainian migrant monther & child” ChRiS<F&Unngo> was already paying 90 euros more per month for moving to Miriste, and had almost double the daily cost of living due to the “rip-off” merchants at the coast, charging “tourist prices” even to a local resident.

ChRIiS had to WALK to Rose (12kms) & ferry to HN, to shop during the “off season months” no public bus service!

No Irish consulate in 500 kms, winter clothes stolen as temperature drops in Mountain location
Seeks support from Irish relations, but no contact, and no help from Red x Podgorica nor Brit embassy!

The Health risk is great, for ChRiS, and the lack of funds has virtually DELETED the initiatives of <F&Ungo> .. ChRiS has appealed to M.E.P M. Wallace (Irish) ..

The British consulate wont help as ChRiS<F&Ungo> is a PUBLIC critic of their fascist London govt which copied the terrible policies of “USAcorp”

& as the Violations against ChRiS<F&Ungo> began at around the time that USAcorp BOUGHT the NATO membership of Montenegro, local institutions such as Red cross (whose staff vacated their Podgorica office for the beach, in august, when approached for assistance) There are no Irish consulates between Podgorica & Ljubljana, even then, there are several barriers in the way.

The final claim is that the International community must be held to task, not least because of past violations & anti – humanitarian policies (unless of course it fits their right -wing politics) thus they cause this “POLITICAL REFUGEE” The claim for JUSTICE and compensation is UNLIMITED;
